Spring your way into better health this year and join us for some Full Send Shenanigans.
Walk, jog, run, hike, swim, paddle, ski, dance and/or bike from one of five starting points to the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher in Kure Beach, NC. You choose your starting point based on the average mileage that you would like to achieve each day and then we will all end at the same finish line. See below for details about an opportunity for a live finish line event.
Commit to 68 days of intentional movement and join our supportive community for fun, accountability, encouragement and shenanigans. (February 14- April 21)
